General

The Crusty Bread Artisan Bakery website is operated by Inpromark Ltd. This website is aimed solely at users who access it from the UK mainland.

We supply to the UK only. We will not supply to countries outside of the UK unless by prior arrangement.
As a user you acknowledge your use of this website and any purchase of products is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
We reserve the right to make changes to the website and these terms and conditions at any time.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website www.crustybread.co.uk.
By using, registering with, or ordering from our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use, register with, or order from our website. 

Purchase of Products

Orders can be accepted for delivery to UK mainland addresses only.
The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time we receive your order. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
On the receipt of your payment we will confirm acceptance of your order by an email sent to the address you have given on your order. Acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Title to products purchased on this website will pass to you on delivery provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Standard Delivery

All Items in stock will be sent out on our Standard Delivery service. This service is 3-5 working days if ordered Mon-Fri (stock permitting), but is usually sooner than this. Please note: Saturday & Sunday do not count as working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days of receipt. These guidelines are subject to stock availability, if the product you require is not immediately available we will contact you to advise you of the likely lead-time or offer you an alternative. Please examine goods carefully and notify us of any damage or omissions within 24 hours of receipt, or our carrier will not accept liability. If you have any special requests for your delivery, please complete the additional information section in the checkout area, or e-mail us with your requirements. Please note that our carriers may require a signature to confirm delivery and deliveries will normally take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri. Weekend deliveries may be available but may be subject to an additional charge, please ask for details.

Delivery to England on all our products is free of charge. For delivery to the Scotland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Remote Areas, carries extra surcharge from our couriers and will be advised by ourselves before completions of order. Please call us for quote at 079 42484197

Returns

You may return any products to us within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and is still new and unused. There will be a 10% restocking/admin fee chargeable. The buyer is required to pay return shipping and insurance if the buyer is returning an item because they changed their mind or because they ordered by a mistake.

Warranty

All products carry our manufacturer’s warranty, the period of which varies according to the product.
